I am Herman Guijt and I develop embedded systems. When a standard solution doesn't fit, I'll work for you to realize a system that meets your requirements and wishes!

1. Non-binding conversation
We explore what I can do for you. We quickly get to the core by sharpening the question/need/challenge. Including impact in time and costs and contract form.
2. Choice of collaboration
Project basis: Sufficient concrete case, clarity in advance about costs, duration and functionality. Freelance: when the assignment is less clear, or when there are other reasons not to choose a project form.
3. Requirements & wishes
Mapping, reviewing and confirming all requirements.
4. Planning & quotation
Work breakdown structure with activities and durations (Gantt chart). Followed by project quotation and assignment.
5. Design
Architecture elaboration, electronics schematics & PCBA design, software design, test design and planning.
6. Realization & testing
Build and test prototype, CE certification and EMC testing, testing at end customer.
7. Production
Set up series production and release for volume.
